I am an in-network preferred provider for most of the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans.

I am not in-network with any other insurance plans.  However, many insurance plans may offer you some direct reimbursement for out-of-network providers after you pay upfront for services. I am happy to provide you with an itemized statement that you can submit to your insurance company in order to be reimbursed according to their policies for seeing an out-of network provider.
